What Arc Hub stores
Arc Hub has no user database. Your settings (receive mode, fee buffer) and your activity list (transfer ids and transaction hashes) are kept in your browser's local storage only, and you can clear them at any time by clearing site data.
What the server sees
The app runs on Vercel. Two server routes proxy requests to Circle's Gateway API and to blockchain RPC endpoints so that endpoint addresses and API keys stay on the server. Those routes see your wallet address and the request payload for as long as it takes to forward them; they do not store it. Standard hosting logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) are retained by Vercel under its own policy. The site also uses Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you; see Vercel's analytics privacy notes. The app sets no cookies of its own; your wallet provider (Privy) sets the cookies it needs for sign-in.
Third parties you interact with
- Circle Gateway API receives your wallet address and signed transfer intents. See Circle's privacy policy.
- Privy handles wallet and email sign-in. Email addresses and wallet addresses you use to sign in are processed by Privy under Privy's privacy policy.
- Blockchain RPC providers receive read requests and signed transactions for the chains you use; onchain data is public by nature.
- CoinGecko is queried by the server for gas-token prices; no user data is sent.
- Your wallet (MetaMask, OKX, Coinbase Wallet, WalletConnect and others) is governed by its own privacy policy.
What Arc Hub does not do
- No analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts.
- No collection of seed phrases, private keys, or wallet passwords, ever.
- No sale or sharing of data with anyone beyond the services listed above.
