1. What Arc Hub is
Arc Hub is a non-custodial web interface for Circle Gateway, a protocol operated by Circle that lets a USDC deposit be spent on several blockchains. Arc Hub only builds the messages and transactions that you review and sign in your own wallet. It never takes custody of funds, never holds private keys, and cannot move assets without your signature.
2. Independence
Arc Hub is an independent community project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Circle Internet Group, Inc., the Arc network, Privy, or any wallet provider. Product names are used only to describe compatibility.
3. Testnet and mainnet
The toggle in the top bar switches between Circle's Gateway mainnet and testnet. Testnet assets have no monetary value. On mainnet every transaction moves real USDC and is irreversible once confirmed onchain; check the toggle before you sign.
4. Your responsibilities
- Read every wallet prompt before signing. Arc Hub shows the amount, chains, recipient and fee that the signature covers.
- Keep your seed phrase and private keys private. Arc Hub will never ask for them, in the app or anywhere else.
- Verify you are on the correct domain before connecting a wallet.
- Comply with the laws of your jurisdiction. Do not use Arc Hub where it would be unlawful.
5. No advice, no guarantees
Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice. Arc Hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Circle Gateway, blockchains, wallets and RPC providers are third-party systems that may fail, change, or be unavailable; fees and finality times shown are estimates from those systems.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators and contributors of Arc Hub are not liable for any loss arising from use of the software, including loss of funds caused by user error, wallet compromise, smart-contract behaviour, or third-party outages.
7. Changes
These terms may change as the software changes. The date above records the current version.
